For 2011 a new extension is being added beyond the viaduct.

The cars will come down through the village and then go through the viaduct, over a level crossing across which a train will pass from time to time, up a series of hairpin bends, through a tunnel, go back along the viaduct in the opposite direction, go over a new single-span bridge, into a castle, back down past the railway station to pass back through the viaduct

For 2010 several new features were added to the track:

The cars now come down from the village, through an arch, drive round a new piazza and then rejoin the track.  The whole track has been hard-wired and resurfaced to improve connectivity and grip.  Lights have been added throughout the circuit, in buildings, street lights, and flood lights.  Sound was added in the village too; bells ringing, dogs barking, cock crowing, etc.
